GALLERY - BENTLEY CONTINENTAL SUPERSPORTS - 19 PHOTOS

The Conti GT Speed wasn't good enough, Bentley decided. And weight-wise, it wasn't. Bentley has taken the Continental GT theme a step further, then, by adding the Bentley Continental Supersports to the roster. Apart from an incredible 6.0L W12 engine pumping out 621 horsepower, the really unique feature lies in what's missing: 243 pounds. That makes the Conti Supersports the Bentley equivalent of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS, an insulting comparison to both manufacturers.

In 1925 Bentley's Supersports model made 85 horsepower but topped 100mph to become the first Bentley to reach the mark. The new Supersports becomes the fastest, most extreme Bentley ever, a good follow-up on the '25 3-Litre Supersports. It too was an evolution of a Speed model.
