MASSA QUALIFIES HIS FERRARI ON POLE POSITION IN SINGAPORE GP

Ferrari, McLaren-Mercedes, Ferrari, BMW, McLaren-Mercedes: that'll be the starting order of cars at the first night race in Formula 1's history in Singapore tomorrow.

Felipa Massa leads Lewis Hamilton from the chequered flag. After early struggles, Kimi Raikkonen drove his Ferrari well in Q3. Robert Kubica continues to contend for poles and race leads with his BMW; Heikki Kovalainen sits fifth.

A number of problems arose during practice sessions and qualifying. Entering the pits is a bit dangerous with cars traveling at half the speed of other cars on the racing line. Eek. Curb troubles weren't as severe in qualifying as in practice - a number of adjustments had been made prior to this evening's Singapore Grand Prix qualifying.
