It's a cause near and dear to my heart. No, no, no - I don't enjoy running red lights. I attempt the 'stop if you can do so safely' practice when the yellow/amber lights up. However, there has always been a lot more to the case against red light cameras than the simple theory of governmental financial windfalls. Red light cameras (and radar cameras, too) have been considered unsafe for quite some time. Follow the link for greater enlightenment.
