Top 5 Best-Selling Trucks In America - November 2010

Not only was America's Top 5 Best-Selling Trucks Graph the exact same in October 2010, going back a year reveals the exact same group again

The Ford F-Series is a beast. Nicely marketed, beautifully built, engineered to impress, America can't get enough. The amazing thing is, the GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado and Dodge Ram are all tremendously impressive vehicles - they just don't sell as well as the Ford pickup.

Ford F-Series sales jumped 26.4% in November 2010 compared with the same period one year ago. Combined GM pickup truck sales were up 16.2%: Silverado sales were up 15.9% to 25,619; Sierra sales posted an increase of 16.8% to 9781. Sales of the Dodge Ram rose dramatically, an 86% gain. Unlike the company's top sellers, Tacoma and Tundra sales were up, 12.9% and 17% respectively.
