Having held pole position only to eventually lose the lead to Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen, McLaren-Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton put up a determined front as the end of the race neared. In recent years, few races have ended in such dramatic fashion. Eventually, the McLaren-Mercedes, a superior car in the rain, held on to first place and took the chequered flag.
Unfortunately for Lewis Hamilton, one of his maneuvers was deemed illegal long after the race and he was docked 25 seconds, pushing him back to third place and giving another Ferrari driver, Felipe Massa, the victory. Nevertheless, this German YouTube clip makes for excellent Formula 1 viewing and ought to show just about any oval track watcher just what F1 is made of. Spins, overtaking, bumping, and... spins.
