AMERICAN MUSCLE CAR SALES IN CANADA - APRIL 2010
Although the stage has been set for Chevrolet Camaro domination in this category for months now, April's Canadian Sales Stats revealed that the Dodge Challenger didn't get along with the set designers. Perhaps incentives helped, perhaps it's Canada's fondness for Chrysler products, perhaps potential Mustang owners are waiting for an influx of hi-po 2011 Ford Mustangs. Whatever it is, the Dodge Challenger sold better than both the Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang in April.
Indeed, Ford Mustang sales were down from 641 last April. The Camaro, of course, was brand new to the market last year at this time. Dodge Viper sales, for what it's worth, fell 83.3%. Back at Chevrolet, sales of the Corvette were up nearly 50% from April of 2009.CLICK GRAPH FOR LARGER VIEW
