More than three dozen of the newest city car in America, the smart fortwo, will be recalled by their distrubutor (Roger Penske, by the by) because of a single batch of bad paint. I know, sounds weird doesn't it? But, read NHTSA's words and it'll all come together.
"De-laminating can take place in the area of the body where the windshield and roof have been affixed with adhesive, which could affect the adhesion of those components to the vehicle body, increasing the risk of separation."
